Printed Nameplates

Ordering Instructions

1. Select only 1 color per school; choose a “Color” from the four options. See colors below (may not be exact).

   Gold

   Silver

   Red

   Green

2. For single or two line nameplates select from “Lines of text” option, only one choice can be added to the cart at a time.
3. For “Icons” determine how many students want 1, 2, 3 or 4 icons and select. Example: Silver, one line, 1 icon, quantity 15 plates. Add to cart and then repeat for other options ie. Silver, two line, 2 icons, quantity 25 plates.
4. Put in total quantity of nameplates for each of above options and add to cart.
5. E-mail us at janet@generalbookcovers.com a list of names to be engraved. Download this Excel form to enter data to be printed on the plates.
6. Names/text should be less than 26 characters per line and will be all caps.
7. Names in excel must have one line of text per cell exactly as it is to appear on the plate.
8. The icons are to be listed from the chart in columns next to the names/text.
9. If you want the year to be one of the Icons (see examples in the icon chart, above) name the year in icon column.
